Skills & Responsibilities:
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure a smooth and positive experience throughout their wedding planning journey.
- Understand client needs, preferences, and budget to guide them effectively.
- Regularly check in with clients to ensure they feel supported and well-informed at every stage.
- Proactively address client concerns, questions, or complaints with professionalism and empathy.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction by providing timely solutions and keeping clients engaged.
- Customer Care & Support: Handle all incoming inquiries through calls, messages, and emails with a customer-first approach.
- Assist clients in navigating the Catergo platform and understanding available wedding services.
- Guide clients through the booking process by recommending the best-fit vendors based on their requirements.
- Follow up with clients after bookings to gather feedback, ensure satisfaction, and resolve any issues.
